1. Introduction
This remit sets out the terms and conditions relating to all the online content and material provided to you (“the User”) on the traderssupportclub.com, tradersupportclub.co.uk and tscmember.co.uk websites. Traders Support Club is a trading name of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and all website material and content and is owned and operated by Trader Coaching Academy Ltd (company registration number: 06757579). Trader Coaching Academy Ltd is an incorporated company (company incorporation number 06757579) whose registered office is at c/o Inform Accounting, St James House, 65 Mere Green Road, Sutton Coldfield B75 5BY
Any references in these terms and conditions to Traders Support Club, "Trader Coaching Academy Ltd", (or "we", "us" or "our") refer to the company/ies owning, operating and branding this Site. References to the “Site” refer to the Traders Support Club websites.
References to "you", "your", "subscriber", "user", "the user" or "member" refer to the people that register, sign up, and either pay for, any of the products and services, as well as any live training events and on-line published event, via this site.
All Traders Support Club content is owned and published by Trader Coaching Academy Ltd.
By subscribing via www.traderssupportclub.com or www.tscmember.co.uk ("the Site”) the User is agreeing to the terms and conditions below. If the User uses the Site in the course of business the User is also agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of that business. If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions listed below (or the User is not authorised to do so) the User should not use the Site.

2. Disclaimer
Investing in stocks shares, options, futures, spread betting CFD’s and other financial instruments shown on the Site, carry large potential rewards but also potential risk. The trading and investments strategies, concepts and trade examples shown on this Site and in live and recorded trainings are not appropriate for all investors.
Any current live or previous live trade examples and any historical results shown are for educational purposes only. Past performances shown and any examples cited anywhere on the Site or in any of Traders Support Club's delivery mechanisms are no indication or guarantee of anticipated future results. Individual results will vary and cannot be guaranteed.

The content of this site, including but not limited to the text, images and videos herein and their arrangements (the “Content), unless otherwise noted, is Copyright © Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd. Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd or its licensors own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) in the Content and any selection or arrangement of the Content. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen (or compatible device), print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them), for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3.1 Restrictions on Use
You may not use the Site or any Content for any unlawful purpose. You may only use the site as expressly set out in these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify nor in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. You must not post any content or comments that are offensive or controversial, infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd expressly reserves the right to require that any content or link in breach of these provisions be removed and to take whatever other action it deems appropriate. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from us: -

· Must not in any way imply that Traders Support Club is endorsing it or its products or services or has any affiliation with the provider, product or services and must not misrepresent its relationship with Traders Support Club or present false information about Traders Support Club or Trader Coaching Academy Ltd.
Any rights not expressly granted by these terms are reserved. Please note that in addition, and without prejudice to our rights at law to restrict the types of use referred to above, these restrictions are also contractual in nature and bind all users of the Site.
4. Registration
All information received by you from your use of this Site will be used by Traders Support Club in accordance with Traders Support Club’s Privacy Policy. On registering or subscribing, you must provide Traders Support Club with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the site registration and subscription pages. This is particularly important if you subscribe to the site and Traders Support Club is entitled to rely on any information you provide. The User will also be requested to create a password.
The User shall not disclose the Password to any other person or entity and shall ensure that the Password always remains confidential. If the User knows or has a reasonable suspicion that a third party knows the User’s password, the User shall notify Traders Support Club immediately by contacting the Traders Support Club via email. If the Traders Support Club has reasonable grounds for believing that the User has misused or is misusing the Password, the Traders Support Club may require the User to change the Password or may suspend the User’s use of the access to the Site, until such time as Traders Support Club is satisfied that the security of the Site is no longer compromised by the User’s activities. Each registration/subscription is for a single user only. Traders Support Club does not permit any other person sharing your password or access through a single username or password being made available to multiple users manually or on a network. Traders Support Club may cancel or suspend your access to the Site if you do this, without further notice or obligation to you. If you provide Traders Support Club with an email address that will result in any messages Traders Support Club may send you being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or college) then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages.
You also agree that Traders Support Club may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending messages to you.
5. Payments & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Payment Methods
The User must provide Trader Coaching Academy Ltd with complete and accurate payment information.
Payments are made to Trader Coaching Academy Ltd either via bank transfer, the Go Cardless Payment system or through our Stripe Payment system.
5.2 Payment Terms
By submitting payment via one of the methods stated in section 5.1 of these terms and conditions, the User warrants that they are entitled to purchase and access the Paid-for content and services for their chosen product, program or membership using those payment details.
In the event of an unauthorised payment Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Site and the Paid-for Content. If no payment authorisation is received or payment authorisation is subsequently cancelled, Traders Support Club may immediately terminate or suspend access to any Paid-for Content and/or the Site. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that this service will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of this service will come into effect when Traders Support Club or Trader Coaching Academy Ltd sends you an email confirming your payment. This will be in the form a payment receipt.
All on-line payments (including any applicable taxes) must be made in Pound Sterling or any alternative currency that Traders Support Club or Trader Coaching Academy Ltd may specify.
5.3 Payment Options
All Traders Support Club's "paid for" products, programs and memberships will offer a "paid in full" payment option.
For the avoidance of doubt "paid in full" terms require the User to have paid fully for the product, program, or membership in question. Some products may offer a "payment plan" option, which requires the User to complete the stated initial payment and by choosing this option the User agrees to make the subsequent payments listed at the point of the initial payment.
The inclusion of "payment plan" options for any of the products, programs and memberships will be entirely at the discretion of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd, as will the total amount payable within the "payment plan" option along with the duration of any "payment plan" option.
By choosing the "payment plan" option you are agreeing to make each of the pre agreed payment instalments in full and on time, for the agreed duration of the payment term.
For the avoidance of doubt, a payment plan is NOT a subscription service and as such cannot be paused during the agreed payment plan duration.
Your first payment is taken automatically on receipt of your invoice and each further payment will be taken for each remaining month of the payment plan duration on the same calendar day of then each remaining month.
If any of your payments are not made as agreed inline the "payment plan" payment terms, access to the specific product, program, membership and the included content will be revoked.
No refunds will be given for previous "payment plan" payments made, regardless of the users usage times and access frequency, unless the refund request falls within the specific cancellation terms listed below in section 5.3.
5.2 Monthly Subscription Membership
With some of Traders Support Club products, programs and memberships, there may be what is termed as a "monthly subscription membership " option. This option is in place wholly at the discretion of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and can be revoked at any time.
For the service in question, this "monthly subscription option" may be the only option available. This will be clearly stated on the payment options prior to making payment.
For the avoidance of doubt the "monthly subscription membership” maybe offered to you as the user to continue accessing the same services the User had previously purchased via the "paid in full" or "payment plan" option". Again, this will clearly be stated to the user prior to making the initial payment via any product and service information verbal of written. This option is ONLY available once the agreed initial duration of the initial program access has been completed.
No refunds will be given for previous monthly subscription payments unless the refund request falls within the cancellation terms listed below.
Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to vary the services of each program and membership and does not guarantee that the specific services will remain available at the specific membership level. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd will notify the User in writing (hard or electronic copy) of any increases or decreases in joining fee or monthly subscription fees to you as current member of that membership level.
Note that your Internet Service Provider and/or telephone operator may also charge you for time spent accessing the Site any various services that Traders Support Club offers.
5.3 Cancellation Procedure
When purchasing any of Traders Support Club's paid for products, program and memberships, the user reserves the right to cancel at any time.
The user is entitled to a standard 14-day cooling-off period during which the user will receive 100% back of their "paid in full" or "payment plan" payments, in accordance with standard UK distance selling regulations.
Traders Support Club clearly states this as a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on the Programs & Packages Brochure and any information pages within the Sites listed above.
If the user, either on a "payment plan" option or "monthly subscription option", wishes to cancel their product, program or membership and is outside the standard 14-day cooling off period, they must notify Traders Support Club in wiring no later than 48 working hours before the next payment is due to ensure that payment is not taken.
No refunds will be given for previous monthly subscriptions or payment plan payments outside the standard 14- day cooling off period.
If you cancel, any property traded in, payments made by you pursuant to this Agreement will be returned following receipt by the company of your notice of cancellation, in writing, sent to the address on our website agreement within the agreed cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for any portion of the goods and/or services supplied to you prior to your cancellation. If you cancel, any goods delivered to you under this contract of sale must be returned to the company at the address provided on the contract, unopened and in substantially as good a condition as when received. If the company fails to receive these goods, then the contractual value of these goods will be deducted from any refund provided by the company. In order to exercise your right to cancel hereunder, please notify us of your intent to cancel. Please note that your notice will be deemed effective the date it is received, or in the case of electronic communications, the date it is sent from you to us.
5.4 Refund Procedure
Any refund payment will be confirmed in writing to the user, by a representative of Traders Support Club and the agreed refund payment will be initiated by Traders Support Club within 48 hours of Us issuing the refund confirmation in writing.
Trader Coaching Academy Ltd is not responsible for how long the refund payment takes to arrive with you the User, as this can subject specifically to terms and conditions of the Users card provider or banking provider.
For the avoidance of doubt and to adhere to strict money laundering regulations, all refunds will be paid back directly to the Users initial payment mechanism and cannot be designated to a different third party by the User.
5.5 Pausing A "Paid in Full" or "Payment Plan" Service
Under these terms and conditions, a user’s membership cannot be paused, regardless of the payment options that was made at the time of purchase.
The user cannot pause or cancel their membership and receive any part of the paid in full or payment pan or previous payment back unless inside the standard 14 day cooling off period.
5.5 Pausing A "Monthly Subscription Membership" Payment
Pausing a monthly subscription membership can occur any time after the initial monthly subscription is agreed.
The User must notify Traders Support Club in writing of the specific point in time and the extent of time they wish to pause their membership for. The User can also decrease or extend the time paused during a paused membership period by notifying Traders Support Club again in writing (electronic or hard copy) The monthly membership payment is then paused and not taken from the user for the period the User specified in writing. The user’s membership then drops to the "Free Membership Level" during the paused membership period. During this time their previous membership level material, services and support will not be available to the User until the User reinstates their monthly subscription membership.
The User agrees that Trader Coaching Academy Ltd has the right to change the price of a monthly subscription payment and the User acknowledges that they will have to pay the increased monthly subscription amount should when they chose to return and access the products, programs and services for that subscription at a later date.
6. Privacy Policy Summary
This privacy policy does not apply to Third Party Sites that may be linked to Traders Support Club site. Traders Support Club is fully committed to respecting your privacy and to protecting any information you provide to us. Traders Support Club treats both privacy and security as a priority and makes every effort to ensure that all the information provided by you is protected. This policy respects and protects the privacy of all visitors to this web site.
This policy explains how Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd collects information from you and how this information is then used. Traders Support Club hopes that this will remove any concerns you may have about supplying information to us. Traders Support Club reserve the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Traders Support Club to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these Terms.
Traders Support Club will process the data supplied on any forms electronic or otherwise in accordance with the principles of the UK Data Protection Act (1998). By disclosing any personal information to Traders Support Club or Trader Coaching Academy Ltd through this web site or via the telephone, visitors consent to the collection and storage of all personal information provided to Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd as set out in this Privacy Policy. By supplying your name address, telephone, fax, and email details you are giving your consent for us to contact you in any of those ways in connection with Traders Support Club.
Trader Coaching Academy Ltd, is registered in accordance with United Kingdom Data Protection Legislation and will hold and use your personal data strictly in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltdd will retain copies of the information provided when you subscribe on the website. We implement a number of sophisticated security measures to ensure the safety of any personal information provided. The information is contained on a secure server, which is accessible only by a limited number of employees who have authorised access rights to such information.
All sensitive credit card information supplied by any visitor is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is commonly used for managing the security of message transmission on the Internet through public-and-private key encryption and a digital certificate that establishes your credentials when doing Internet business or other on-line transactions. Your card number will be encrypted and replaced by a unique transaction reference number. Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd uses online bank secure servers provided by Barclays Merchant Services, Authorize.net, Stripe Payment and Gocardless and does not hold any customer card details on any of our servers at any time. Flash and Java and Links Copyright in any software or data file that is made available for download from the Site ("Download") belongs to Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd or its suppliers. Where applicable your use of the Download is governed by the terms of any license agreement that may accompany or be included with the Download. Do not install or use any Download unless you agree to such license agreement.
This site may provide links to other web sites and data providers. Traders Support Club gives no representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness or correctness of data provided by these external web sites and data providers. The inclusion of any such links does not imply endorsement or approval of such websites or resources by Traders Support Club.
8. Limitation of Liability.
The User expressly agrees that the use of and browsing of the Site is at the User’s own risk. Neither Traders Support Club nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site, is liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of the User’s access to, or use of, or inability to use the Site or any linked site. The User expressly agrees that the downloading of any material form the Site is at the User’s own risk. Use of the data on this Site is for personal and continuing professional development use only. It is only for your general information or study and use and is not intended to address other requirements.

8.1 Consequences of Breach of these Terms
In the event that Traders Support Club considers or determines, in their complete discretion, that the User has breached, violated or contravened the Terms & Conditions of Traders Support Club. or has otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct in the use of the Site or the content or services they reserve the absolute right to: (a) warn the User that they have violated the Agreement and ask the User to discontinue such conduct; (b) discontinue the User’s membership of the site and/or any other related services, including Paid-for Content; and (c) take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting the User’s use of the Site) to prevent the User from using the Site or linking to the Site.
9. Prizes, Prize Draws, Competitions and Promotions
From time-to-time Traders Support Club may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Site. These are subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time of such competitions.
10. Blog Forums & Social Media Platforms & Channels
10.1 User Behaviour
The objective of our forum, blog and social media platforms is to encourage Traders Support Club members to learn from each other by sharing their trading experiences. Please use this forum and corresponding social media pages and groups responsibly. We reserve the right to delete any comments that in any way violate the Rules, Policies, and Disclaimers, or in instances where we feel that a comment damages the interests of Traders Support Club and its members.

• Defamatory
• Abusive or hateful
• Racially discriminating
• Used to embarrass, harass, threaten or cause distress or discomfort to another user
• Used for pornographic, sexual or suggestive comments
• Used for commercial or advertising materials
• Used for information or instructions containing illegal activities
• Infringing or encouraging infringement of intellectual property rights
• An infringement of a patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right
• Used for links or any kind of access to content that has already been aforementioned as inappropriate for the bulletin board
• Used as an invitation to fast money making or pyramid schemes
• Used to pass on chain letters
• Used to intentionally or unintentionally violate any local/national/international law or regulation
• Used to disrupt the normal flow of information on the bulletin board or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants
• Used to refer to a competitor or supplier's site
• Misleading or provide erroneous or dangerous information
• Using anything else that can be regarded as objectionable
• Any links or any mention of 3rd party website we think is inappropriate.
10.2 Monitoring
The Traders Support Club forum's, blog, social media platforms and channels are part of the Traders Support Club member services, and as such, Traders Support Club and Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and its staff reserves the right to monitor, moderate, delete postings and, if necessary, to ban user's access that are potentially damaging to the interests of Traders Support Club, its members and any of its partners.
10.3 Content
Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to exert control over all material posted by contributing individuals, in any manner it sees fit.
Trader Coaching Academy Ltd can cease to provide any service described in this publication to all Users, or any number thereof, at any time without warning for any or no reason.
Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to reveal your identity in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
Users are solely responsible for the contents of their communications and may be held legally accountable. Traders Support Club accepts no responsibility and makes no representations about the suitability of such content for any purpose nor about its legitimacy, legality, validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness, recentness for postings by the general public on any of its forums, blog posts and social media platform and channels.
The opinions expressed via any of these platforms or channels are those of the contributing individuals and do not necessarily reflect the views of, nor are endorsed by Traders Support Club. Information may be incorrect or contain typographical and other inaccuracies. Posted information may be erroneous. It is assumed that the participants are able to use common sense in judging the appropriateness of a posting.
10.3 Risk
All users including parents of those under the age of 18 years please be advised that use of the blog, forum and social media platform and channels carry some risk. Be aware there is a chance that predatory users could attempt to connect with other users online. Therefore, it is always best to use your discretion and judgement when contacting other users. Traders Support Club is not responsible for any events resulting from use of any of its blogs, forums and social media platform and channels.
11. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. For the exclusive benefit of the Traders Support Club shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
12. General Agreement Terms
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect. Traders Support Club and reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes, alter, revise or withdraw any part of the Site or the Content at any time (with or without notice to you) by updating these Terms and Conditions. Due to its policy of updating and improving the site, Traders Support Club may wish to change these Terms and Conditions (including those relating to your use of the Content).
When terms are changed, Traders Support Club may notify you by e-mail or by publishing details of those changes by including them at the end of these Terms If you use the Site after the Traders Support Club has published or notified you of the changes, you are agreeing now to be bound by those changes. If you do not agree to be bound by those changes, you should not use the Site any further after they are published at the end of these Terms or after you receive notice of them.
These terms and conditions were last updated on 1st August 2024 and supersedes all previous terms and conditions for the Site. The User confirms that they have not entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
By subscribing via www.traderssupportclub.com or www.tscmember.co.uk ("the Site”) the User is agreeing to the terms and conditions below. If the User uses the Site in the course of business the User is also agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of that business.
