For purchases we may require more information including your address. We use Stripe and Go Cardless to collect any payments made and this is don through the fully encrypted payment system. For that reason we do not access or store your credit card or other financial information.

Your information will be used to process your subscription. We may email you details of Traders Support Club products, services, membership specific events, live events, trade updates and video links. We may email you selected partners products and services information on occasion.
This is the official membership website of Traders Support Club owned and run by AJG Group Ltd. We will not rent, sell or pass your information to any other party.

How does Traders Support Club protect visitor information?
AJC Group Ltd has a committed Security Policy. The Traders Support Club and AJC Group Ltd Ltd will retain copies of the information provided when you subscribe on the website. We implement a number of sophisticated security measures to ensure the safety of any personal information provided. The information is contained on a secure server, which is accessible only by a limited number of employees who have authorised access rights to such information. All sensitive and credit card information supplied by any visitor is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is commonly-used for managing the security of message transmission on the Internet through public-and-private key encryption and a digital certificate that establishes your credentials when doing Internet business or other on-line transactions. When you are asked to enter credit card information the web site will be secure. Your card number will be encrypted and replaced by a unique transaction reference number. Traders Support Club and AJC Group Ltd uses on-line bank secure servers provided by Stripe Gocardless and Barclays Merchant Services, Authorize.net and Pay Pal and does not hold any customer card details on any Traders Support Club and AJC Group Ltd server at any time.
Unsubscribing from communications with us
You can adjust your communication preferences through your account settings on the Traders Support Club Membership Site via your profile. Please note unsubscribing from emails from Traders Support Club does not remove you from our database. Please note you have an unsubscribe link on every email and a contact us tab on the membership site.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the information was collected, or as long as is required pursuant to law.
If you do not use your account for more than 72 months, we will mark it in our database as "inactive" and will archive your account. We will then no longer actively use your account information, e.g. to inform you on our products and services, but will archive the account to be able to easily re‐activate it should you wish to use our services again in the future.
In case you wish to close your account, please contact our Customer Support team. Upon closure, we will remove your personal information without undue delay except for information that we are obliged to keep pursuant to law. For instance in order to meet statutory administrative retention obligations, we need to keep some of your account related information (e.g. copies of invoices/receipts), for six years.
Data may be retained longer in cases where it is used in relation to a legal claim or is used in relation to a valid legal process.
You can directly view and edit your personal details by logging into your Membership Profile at the top right of the member home page. There you can also make choices about our use of your data and how we communicate with you.
